1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ajo898" (also referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") means the online gambling brand operating at https://ajo898.cam and all its associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Player" (also "you" or "your") means any natural person who has registered an account on ajo898 or is accessing the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player to access ajo898 services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, consisting of real-money deposits and credited bonuses, where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to an Account under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be withdrawn, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Restricted Person" means any individual who is under the age of 21, is a registered self-excluded Player, is located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited, or is an employee or close associate of ajo898.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with ajo898, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. ajo898 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 and will terminate any Account found to be operated by a minor.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a Restricted Person as defined in Section 1 above.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ajo898 or any affiliated platform.
• You must access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must ensure that use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation to which you are subject in your personal jurisdiction.

3Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the ajo898 platform. Opening multiple accounts—whether under your own name, a family member's name, or via shared devices—is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name (matching your government-issued identification);
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number;
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 21 years or older); and
• A secure password of your own choosing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify ajo898 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ajo898 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

ajo898 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, or a breach of these Terms.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards, ajo898 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires you to submit:

• Government-issued photo ID: Your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or driver's license. The document must be current, legible, and display all four corners.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, showing your name and current residential address.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of you holding your photo ID beside your face, demonstrating that you are the rightful account owner.
• Payment method verification: Where required, a screenshot or scan confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits.

KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1 to 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB). You may deposit and play while verification is pending; however, withdrawals will not be released until your Account has been fully verified. ajo898 is not liable for any delays caused by incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent documentation.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ajo898 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening. Typical processing times are 2–15 minutes during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB) and within 1–3 hours outside these hours. ajo898 does not guarantee specific processing windows but will make every reasonable effort to meet published benchmarks.

5.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ajo898 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges, for which ajo898 accepts no responsibility.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where ajo898 expressly approves an alternative method.
• ajo898 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.

6Bonuses & Promotions

ajo898 offers a range of promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms accompanying each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to verified Indonesian Players aged 21 and above, unless otherwise stated.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts constitute fraud and will result in account closure.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be stated explicitly in the promotion's terms (e.g., 20x the bonus amount). Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement is fully met.
• Different game types contribute differently toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%; sports bets placed at odds below 1.5 (decimal) may contribute 0%. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• All bonuses expire within the period stated in the promotion (typically 7–30 days from crediting). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without notice.
• ajo898 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The withdrawal of a promotion does not affect the Terms that applied to any bonus already credited and actively being wagered.
• ajo898 may recover bonus amounts where it determines that a Player has exploited promotion terms or engaged in bonus abuse.

7Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on ajo898—including sports betting (bandar bola—football bookmaking markets), togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), live casino tables, and slot games—are subject to specific game rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable rules before placing any wager.

Key general betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement except via the Cash Out feature, where available and while offered by the Platform at that moment.
• ajo898 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all non-live games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slots are published within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical failure that disrupts a game round in progress, ajo898 will void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Balance. ajo898's decision on technical disputes is final, subject to the escalation procedure in Section 12.
• ajo898 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that were published in error (e.g., incorrect odds resulting from a data feed malfunction).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed within each market or game interface and may vary by product, event, or Player account tier.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ajo898 and will result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Restricted Person;
• Opening, operating, or conspiring with others to operate multiple accounts;
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting with the intent to exploit pricing errors, or any form of collusion;
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to channel the proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Players who discover a bug are obligated to report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any portion of the ajo898 Platform, software, or content;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with ajo898 customer support.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ajo898 Platform—including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data—is the exclusive property of ajo898 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ajo898 Platform without the prior written consent of ajo898.

10Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by ajo898 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to our Privacy Policy.

In summary, ajo898 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we implement bank-level security measures to protect your information.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ajo898's total liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount held in your Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

ajo898 expressly excludes liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain secure login credentials;
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity—betting involves risk, and ajo898 does not guarantee winnings of any kind.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ajo898 holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall first be referred to ajo898's Customer Support team in writing ([email protected]), with a clear description of the issue and your Account details.

ajo898 will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the dispute is not resolved at the customer support level within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under ajo898's licensing jurisdiction.

For operational efficiency, both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve all disputes amicably before pursuing formal proceedings. Indonesian Players may also contact our dedicated Indonesian-language support team via Live Chat or WhatsApp for faster resolution of routine account issues.

13Amendments to These Terms

ajo898 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account and withdraw your balance.
